This page contains the representation of the summary of Group 3 survey about knowing how the students familiarize different online learning tools.
Group 3 conduct survey on 12 students about knowing how they familiarize advanced learning tools and finding if these learning tools are effective on their learning. Majority of the respondents are college. College are the 67% of respondents (33% are 2nd year, 25% are 1st year, and 3rd year is 8%). 17% of respondents are Senior High School, 8% are highschool and 8% of respondent in Elementary.
The majority grade level to start using technology for learning is High School level. Second is Elementary and College level which are same 25% of respondents answered. And the least number of students starts using technology in Senior High. In this graph, it can be interpreted that in this generation technology are somewhat necessary for learning. According to article in Roig Academy, Technology helps prepare students for the digital future. It teaches 21st-century skills are necessary to be successful in today’s world.

In this survey, Group 3 also ask about who taught them to use gadgets to know if they still need a spoon feeding teaching from others to understand how gadgets work; or they can independently learn by themselves using different methods. 41.7%, the majority of the respondents learn how to use technology by themselves through observing others. Followed by 25% answered that they learn by themselves through reading manuals. So majority of the students have the capacity to learn and observe on how they will use a technology. It is easy for them to catch up with the technology changes in environment. While learning through relatives and friends got 16.7%. It means that majority can cope up with the technology but not all can easily learn how these different gadget works.
80% of the respondents are using cellphone for their online classes. 0.07% is using Compute and 0.17% of the respondents are using Laptop. In this time of pandemic, most of the students can only afford cellphone for online class. Small percent of the students can afford using Laptop and Computer for schooling.
Since these gadgets are the only medium to connect to the outside world like schools and socializing 75% of the respondents always using it, while 25 of respondent often use gadgets.

According to the respondents, educational apps and sites are useful because :
- It is use for communication and collaboration to other people.
- It is use to create presentation, documents and different paperworks
- It contains learning videos, different sets of unknown words and resources of additional information for learning
- alternative medium of learning since face to face is not allowed.
According to the respondents, students use apps and internet as part of their learning because :
- It is accessible and convenient for different levels of learner
- It is the only medium use in online class
- This becomes the way for everyone to become connected to each other
- In this generation, technology is popular and it catches the interest of every student.
